This Privacy Statement outlines how CHS & Partners ("we," "us," or "our"), as the Data Controller under the Thai Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA), collects, uses, maintains, and discloses personal data collected from users (each, a "Data Subject" or "User") of the www.chsthailand.com website ("Site").
